Right of Revocation for consumers

(Consumers shall mean any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed mainly neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity.)

Right of Revocation
You have the right, within fourteen days, without giving reasons, to withdraw from the contract.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of revocation you have to inform us (Rayonex Biomedical GmbH, Sauerland-Pyramiden 1, 57368 Lennestadt, telephone number: 02721 60060, e-mail address:) by means of an unequivocal explanation (e.g. a letter sent by regular mail, telefax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached template revocation form, which is however not obligatory.The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient in order to safeguard the period of revocation.Consequences of the RevocationWhen you withdraw from the contract we have the obligation to return all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (apart from the additional costs resulting from the fact that you selected a different type of delivery than the economic standard delivery we offered), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the communication of your withdrawal fromthe contract. For this reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly otherwise agreed; in no case whatsoever fees will be charged for this repayment.Reasons for Termination

The right of revocation shall expire in case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not saved on a physical data medium when the entrepreneur has started executing the contract, after the consumer

1. expressly agreed that the entrepreneur started executing the contract before expiry of the revocation period and
2. confirmed that he was aware of the fact that he would lose the right of revocation upon executing the contract.
