Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(Consumer is any physical person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot predominantly be attributed to its commercial or independent professional activities.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date
- on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the goods in case you ordered one or more items in the context of a common order and this/these is/are delivered in uniform format;
- on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the last goods in case you ordered more items in the context of a common order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, took possession of the last consignment or the last item in case you ordered an item that is delivered in more than one consignment or parts;To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us (Gunilla Nygard , Vasavägen 2877, 66270 Pörtom, telephone number: +358 405627200, Email: gunilla_nygard@hotmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by regular mail, telefax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, which is however not mandatory.Timely dispatch of the cancellation shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation
When you cancel this contract we must return all payments we received from you,including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you decided on a different type of delivery other than the economic standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days after we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment you used at the original transaction, unless we explicitly arranged something else with you; in no case whatsoever charges will be applied due to this repayment.We may refuse the reimbursement until we received the goods back or until you demonstrated the evidence that you returned the goods, whichever the earlier.You must return the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days fromthe day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. The time limit will have been observed when you ship the goods before expiry of the fourteen day period.You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and termination reasons
The right of withdrawal does not exist with contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which goods an individualised choice or determination by the consumer is essential or goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer;
- for delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose „best before” date has been expired;
- for delivery of alcoholic drinks at a price agreed on conclusion, but not before at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlledby the entrepreneur;
- for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.The right of withdrawal expires premature for contracts
- for delivery of sealed goods that for reasons of public health or hygiene cannot be returned if they were unsealed upon delivery;
- for delivery of goods that were, due to their composition, after delivery inseparably combined with other goods;
- for delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
